Our Sunday meetings are held at the Thomson Street Community Centre, 21 Thomson Street, Sussex Inlet commencing at 1:45 pm for a 2pm start. All visitors are welcome.

The meeting starts with lots of choruses and songs of praise (words are displayed on screen), followed by some testimonies and inspirational talks from the Bible scriptures and gospel, then communion, the operation of the spiritual gifts, prayer for those who are sick or have special requests, and finishing up with a few more songs. We then make announcements about the next week’s house meetings, tea/coffee mornings, Bible Studys, Prayer nights, get-togethers and other activities or events, birthdays, engagements or marriages etc.

After our Sunday meeting, we enjoy fellowship together. We welcome all visitors to share a meal and a cup of tea or coffee with us. All visitors are encouraged to ask questions about God, Jesus Christ and the Bible and we will gladly answer any questions you may ask us by showing you the appropriate scripts in the Bible.

A prayer room is available after the meeting to all those people who wish to pray and seek for the Holy Spirit or for guidance and help from the Lord.

We warmly welcome you to come and join us this Sunday.

The Operation of the Spiritual Gifts

At a Revival Fellowship meeting you will see and hear meetings conducted in the same way services were operated in the early church. The Bible gives clear instruction on how church services are to operate. In 1 Corinthians we read.....

1Co 14:26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, and hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying (building up).

1Co 14:27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. 1Co 14:28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God. 1Co 14:29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.

Later in this chapter God gives us a clear command... 1Co 14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. 1Co 14:38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.

1Co 14:39  Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues.
1Co 14:40
Let all things be done decently and in order.

The operation of the Spiritual Gifts in the church are an important part of our worship. God demands that we do things in an orderly fashion. Consequently when you come to a Revival Fellowship meeting you will see the following:

1) Psalms, Songs or Music. Usually a selection of songs from the Bible.
2) A "doctrine" or sermon direct from the Bible as you read along.
3) Speaking in Tongues (2 or at the most 3 people) In an orderly fashion.
4) Interpretation of the Tongues. Speaking in tongues MUST be interpreted.
5) A revelation or prophecy. (2 or at the most 3 people) as directed by the Holy Spirit.

All of this will be performed through the power of the Holy Spirit in accordance with the directive found in the letter to the Corinthians chapter 14.

All are welcome to come and see a revival of the pure Holy Ghost meeting at; Thomson Street Community Centre21 Thomson Street, SUSSEX INLET. Sundays: 1:45 pm for a 2pm start.
